Onlymeat.in is a registered company which specializes into online meat store delivering 100% chemical free, fresh & hygienic products. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made Onlymeat.in at its sole discretion and posted on the Website, including by way of imposing an additional charge for access to or use of a Service.

Terms of Use

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website Onlymeat.in including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Onlymeat.in and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. Onlymeat.in allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website.

The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Onlymeat.in. When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Seller Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you.

  • It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes.

  • Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

  • As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

Cancellation and Return Policy

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order by calling our customer support for Hyderabad+90000000000 or ping us on chat.
We will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.

Can I edit my order?

Yes you can edit the order by calling our customer support  040 40213151 or ping us on chat within 15 mins of placing the order. The customer support agent can help you to add/remove individual items within the order.


The partial refund cannot be accepted once your order is sent for processing.
Any modification on the order, the existing order will be cancelled and replaced with the new order number.


Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum bill value of Rs.200 excluding delivery charges.

Delivery charges

We charge a nominal fee of Rs.35 for all scheduled orders and Rs. 49 for express deliveries.
Note: To avail schedule delivery, the customer has to place the order 30 mins prior to the slot timing starts.
Express Delivery carries 49rs charges and the order will be delivered with in 60 mins from the ordering time. You can place the order under express delivery only between 7.30AM-7.30PM.

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver every day of the week from 7.30am – 7.00pm.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?

You are free to browse our site, but when we deliver, we need to know who you are and where you stay. Therefore, we need you to register before making your purchase.

Didn't get a Bill when you walked in to store?

Customers should report to the support team on the same day by reaching the support number 8282 8888 55 for Hyderabad.
Customer complaints will be investigated and resolved within 2-3 working days from the date of complaint raised.
After successful completion of investigation the money will be added to the customer wallet within 3-4 working days. Customers can avail maximum wallet cash up to Rs.500.

Hassle free COD orders

How can I use the UPI option?
  • Once the delivery executive reaches your location, you can ask him to show the QR code from his Onlymeat.in rider app, you can just scan the QR code using Google pay/Phone pay/PayTM for paying the amount and enjoy the Hassle free COD.

  • Can I load my balance cash to TC wallet when I pay cash to delivery person?

  • Yes, once you pay the cash to the rider, you can ask rider to load the remaining balance cash to Onlymeat.in wallet and it will be added instantly. You can use the entire amount for next order.

  • Note: Once the amount is added to wallet, it cannot be removed. For any support, you can reach us to our customer support, for Hyderabad 90000000000.

Is my credit card information safe on your site?

  • Absolutely all online payment related transactions are carried out through the secure payment gateway and are Payment Card Industry Certified (PCI DSS Certified).

  • Will I be charged any additional fee for using online payment option?

  • No, we don’t charge any additional fee.

  • My bank is not listed in the online payment option, how do I pay?

  • You can try paying through your Credit/Debit card, Online Wallets, PayU or through Cash on Delivery.

  • Reward Points Program

How it works?

Cash back will be calculated on the net order value, after deducting discounts and redeemed TC Rewards Cash
Each TC Rewards Cash is worth Re.1
TC Rewards Cash needs to be redeemed within 90 days from the date of credit. Beyond 90 days, respective TC Rewards Cash will expire and will be removed from the account
TC Reward Cash worth up to Rs.50 can be redeemed in all bills of Rs.250 & above. (Excluding delivery charges)
For Retail orders, inform the cashier to redeem against the available TC Rewards Cash
For Online orders, App/msite - Select the redemption in “Cart Summary” page; Website - Select the redemption in “Payment Details” page

Can I use TC Rewards Cash and TC Wallet Cash in the same order?
Yes. You can redeem TC Rewards Cash up to Rs.50 on all orders of Rs.250 & above. TC Wallet Cash can be used for the remaining amount.
Can I recharge TC Wallet Cash through Net banking/Credit Card/Cash?
Currently, we don't support external recharge of TC Wallet. We will be launching this feature very soon.
Can I transfer the TC Rewards Cash / TC Wallet Cash to other wallets or Bank accounts?
No. Cash credited to these accounts cannot be transferred out.

What is the procedure for referring a friend?
  • Download the Onlymeat.in app

  • Choose the ‘Invite & Earn’ option

  • Invite your friends via WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, Gmail or Text Message

  • Your friend gets ₹ 100 discount on the first order using your referral code. You get 100 reward points once your friend completes the order.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Our products undergo multiple quality check before they leave our store. However in the rare case that your order was damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement, cancellation or refund by contacting our customer support for Hyderabad 040 40213151 within 15 minutes of receiving the products.
Note: For any quality complaints. it is compulsory to hold the product in the original packaging for review by our quality team. Basis product availability, we will arrange for replacement or will refund the amount to Onlymeat.in wallet.
  • Products can only be returned if?

  • The package has been altered or damaged during transit.

  • If wrong items were delivered against your order.

  • Unacceptable delay in delivering the order
